FYI the streets starts... read more closing from 7-8pm, afterwards there’s nothing much to do aside from taking photos with the beautiful Spirited Away streets with the red lanterns. That is also highly recommended, as the crowds are insane during the day and the toilets queue can go up to 30mins (for female).
